Genex Power Ltd. has announced significant progress in its acquisition by J-POWER, with the ASX granting the necessary waiver for the amendment and cancellation of performance rights and options. The transaction is moving forward with amendments to the Transaction Implementation Deed to comply with the waiver’s conditions, while Genex shareholders are advised that no action is needed at this stage. Details on the scheme and takeover conditions will be provided in the upcoming Transaction Booklet.
