Anthony Kiernan, a director at Genesis Minerals Limited, has participated in the NED Fee Sacrifice Scheme, converting $20,000 of his director fees for Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and FY25 Share Rights. As a result of this transaction, Kiernan’s direct interest in the company has changed, now holding an additional 11,100 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 22,509 FY25 Share Rights set to vest by June 2025. This move aligns the director’s interests closely with the company’s performance and shareholder value.
