Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited has disclosed two significant asset disposal deals with Huatai Asset Management, involving the sale of CULC and GUIFL’s underlying assets for RMB 468 million and RMB 1.009 billion respectively. These transactions, which took place after trading hours on July 16, 2024, are classified as discloseable under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules due to their size and are set to be publicly traded as Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
