Generation Income Properties Inc. has announced the suspension of its dividend to bolster the company’s financial standing, starting with the July 2024 payments. This strategic move is expected to preserve around $1.27 million in the second half of the year and is in line with meeting the company’s annual dividend distribution requirements. Although the suspension is not anticipated to impact the company’s REIT status, necessary distributions will be made if needed to maintain that status.
