An update from General Electric (GE) is now available.
GE Aerospace has reshuffled its leadership team after spinning off GE Vernova, appointing Robert Giglietti as the new Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Treasurer. Giglietti, a long-serving company veteran with diverse financial leadership experience, takes over from Thomas S. Timko. In his new role, he’s been awarded restricted stock units valued at $750,000, set to vest over three years. The spin-off also led to the departure of several former Corporate division employees, including named executive officers Michael J. Holston and L. Kevin Cox, and Mr. Timko.
