General Dynamics Corporation announced the upcoming retirement of Executive Vice President of Combat Systems, Mark C. Roualet, set for April 30, 2024. In light of his service, he received equity-based awards and a waiver from a forfeiture rule of the awards if employment ceases within nine months. Additionally, Roualet will transition to a consulting role until the end of 2024, with a monthly compensation of $36,500, ensuring his expertise continues to benefit the company post-retirement.
