General Accident PLC announces a dividend of 4.4375% per share NET on its 8.875% Cumulative Irredeemable Preference Shares, payable on July 1, 2024. To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must lodge transfers with the company by June 7, 2024. The company highlights its long-standing commitment to its customers and its ambitious goal to achieve Net Zero by 2040.
