Genedrive plc has announced a plan to raise £3.5 million through a retail offer of ordinary shares priced at 1.5 pence each, with a broader fundraising goal of at least £6.0 million. The offer is part of a larger fundraising strategy that includes a firm placing, a conditional placing, and an open offer, all priced at the same discount. The offer targets UK retail investors and closes on 17 May 2024, with participation available through select financial intermediaries.
