The company’s fundraising efforts include a Placing, a REX Offer, and an Open Offer, aiming to raise a minimum of £6 million, which is crucial for the initiative to proceed. The fundraising also involves a discounted issue price, which is a significant reduction from the recent closing price, and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
