Generative AI Solutions Corp.’s subsidiary, MAI Cloud Solutions Inc., has struck a five-year services agreement with a provider for GPU and AI infrastructure deployment, with options to extend. This deal enables GenAI to resell GPU compute time, aiming to diversify its revenue streams and enhance its existing AI-focused business operations. The success of these plans is contingent on the terms of resale to third parties.
