Gem Diamonds Limited has announced the discovery of an extraordinary 145.55ct Type II White Diamond at the Letšeng mine in Lesotho, marking the ninth diamond over 100 carats found in 2024. This highlights the mine’s reputation as the source of some of the world’s most sizable and high-quality diamonds. The company, a leading producer of high-value diamonds, owns a 70% stake in the Letšeng mine, known for its high dollar per carat value in diamond production.
