Gem Diamonds Limited has granted options over ordinary shares to Directors/PDMRs as part of its Employee Share Option Plan 2017, aligning with the company’s 2021 remuneration policy. CEO Clifford Elphick and CFO Michael Michael were among the recipients, with the awards made at a nominal exercise price and reported in compliance with UK Market Abuse Regulation. Gem Diamonds is known for its ownership of the high-value Letšeng mine in Lesotho.
