Geely Updates Shareholders on ADS Distribution Date

Geely Automobile Holdings (HK:0175) has released an update.

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited has announced a revised date for the distribution of Distribution ADS(s) to qualifying shareholders, now set for 16 September 2024, with the securities becoming freely tradable on the New York Stock Exchange thereafter. If the Distribution ADS(s) cannot be transferred by 24 September 2024, affected shareholders will receive a cash payment instead.
