Geely Automobile Holdings Limited announced that their proposed special dividend has been overwhelmingly approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 18, 2024. The distribution of approximately HK$75.21 million will be executed either as a cash payment or through Distribution ADS(s), with the company’s directors authorized to finalize the details. The resolution passed with a 100% approval rate from votes cast by shareholders present at the meeting.
