Geely Automobile Holdings Limited has announced the successful passage of all resolutions during its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 10, 2024, with votes cast by independent shareholders via poll. The resolutions included the approval of the Services Agreement and its annual caps for the upcoming three financial years.
