Geely Automobile Holdings (HK:0175) has released an update.
Geely Automobile Holdings Limited has announced that shareholders who held at least 22,000 shares by the Record Date are entitled to receive Distribution ADS(s), with a Form of Election provided for them to claim their entitlement. Those holding fewer shares or non-qualifying shareholders will instead receive cash payments. Shareholders not wishing to receive the Distribution ADS(s) can opt for cash payments without any required action.
