Geely Automobile Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Mao Jian Ming, Moosa, as an executive director effective from 12 July 2024. Mr. Mao is recognized for his extensive experience in overseas asset investment, mergers and acquisitions, and board governance. He will serve in this role for a three-year term, with a possibility of renewal, and has been granted a monthly director’s emolument of HK$230,000.
