GEC Viva’s Major Renovation Nears Completion

Global Education Communities Corp. is transforming its GEC Viva student residence in downtown Vancouver with extensive renovations that are due to complete this summer. The $7 million refurbishment, informed by student feedback, includes new furniture, fixtures, and modern amenities to enhance living standards. The revamped units are in high demand, with completed floors already occupied and the rest expected to fill quickly upon completion.
