GE Aerospace Plans Delisting from London Exchange

GE Aerospace (GE) has released an update.

GE Aerospace, a division of General Electric Company, has announced its intention to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange as part of a simplification initiative across multiple jurisdictions. Shareholders are advised to consult their investment advisors regarding the transition, particularly concerning the conversion of their holdings to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange, which will maintain the primary listing post-delisting. The delisting from the London Stock Exchange is scheduled to take effect from July 18, 2024.
