GDEV Inc., a leading gaming and entertainment firm, has announced an at-the-market offering of over 1.7 million ordinary shares, aiming to enhance share trading liquidity and bolster its public float. The company has aligned with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. to facilitate the sale, intending to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital.
