GD Culture Group Limited announced significant changes to its board on April 26, 2024, with the resignations of directors Shuang Zhang, Mingyue Cai, and Yi Zhong, all of whom left amicably without disagreements. Simultaneously, the company appointed new directors including Zihao Zhao as CFO, Lei Zhang as chair of the Compensation Committee, and Yun Zhang as chair of the Nominating Committee. Yun Zhang brings a background in project negotiation and financial management, while Lei Zhang offers over a decade of accounting expertise and academic distinction in teaching and research. Both appointees are set to receive an annual compensation of $5,000 and are considered independent directors in accordance with SEC and Nasdaq regulations.
