GB Group plc has announced the appointment of Michelle Senecal de Fonseca as a new Non-Executive Director, starting 1 May 2024, who will also assume committee memberships and chair positions held by outgoing director Natalie Gammon post-AGM on 23 July 2024. Senecal de Fonseca brings a wealth of experience from the technology sector, including leadership roles at Vodafone and Citrix, and currently holds directorships at multiple AIM-listed companies. GBG’s Chair, Richard Longdon, expressed gratitude for Gammon’s contributions and confidence in Senecal de Fonseca’s capabilities to support the company’s strategic direction.
