Gazelle Ventures Pte. Ltd. has made a mandatory unconditional cash offer to acquire all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of No Signboard Holdings Ltd, excluding those already under its control. As of April 26, 2024, the offer has garnered acceptances amounting to approximately 0.0225% of the company’s total issued shares, while Gazelle Ventures and its concert party group already own 75% of the issued shares.
