Ltd has made a mandatory unconditional cash offer to acquire all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of No Signboard Holdings Ltd, excluding those already owned or controlled by Gazelle Ventures and its allies. The offer follows an announcement made on March 28, 2024, and is not subject to any acceptance conditions. Shareholders will receive further details electronically and through physical documents.
