David M. Wisniewski is set to resign as Chief Accounting Officer of Gates Industrial Corporation plc to explore new opportunities, with his departure effective around April 19, 2024. L. Brooks Mallard, currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will take over Wisniewski’s duties without additional compensation until a permanent replacement is found. The company expresses gratitude to Wisniewski and confirms his resignation is not due to any internal disagreements.
