Garmin (GRMN) has issued an update.
Garmin Ltd. has appointed Patrick G. Desbois and Bradley C. Trenkle as its new co-Chief Operating Officers, starting July 1, 2024. Both bring considerable experience within the company; Desbois has been with Garmin since 2011, ascending to Executive VP, while Trenkle started as a software engineer in 2002, working his way up to VP of the Outdoor Segment. Their compensation includes a continuation of their respective salaries ($875,000 for Desbois and $550,000 for Trenkle), participation in the company’s equity incentive plan, and standard employment benefits. There are no reported familial ties or material transactions involving the new appointees that might present conflicts of interest.
