GAP Reports Decrease in August Passenger Traffic

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (PAC) has released an update.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP) reported a 7.2% drop in passenger traffic across its 12 Mexican airports in August 2024 compared to the previous year. Major airports such as Los Cabos, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, and Guadalajara saw declines, although overall load factors increased from 81.4% to 84.3% despite a decrease in available seats. This downturn reflects challenges faced by the company, which operates key airports in Mexico’s Pacific region.
