Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its second extraordinary general meeting of 2024 where shareholders overwhelmingly approved key resolutions. Notable among the decisions were the provision of guarantees to a wholly-owned subsidiary and amendments to the articles of association, both receiving over 99% votes in favor. The meeting showcased strong shareholder support with over 30% of the total shares represented, and the resolutions were passed as special resolutions.
