Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on August 13, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the provision of guarantees to a subsidiary, amendments to the articles of association, a change in registered capital, derivatives trading, and overseas bond issuance by a subsidiary. In addition, elections for new independent and non-executive directors are on the agenda. Shareholders need to ensure their eligibility to vote by having their names registered by August 7, 2024.
