Ganfeng Lithium Co has announced adjustments to its 2022 Share Option Incentive Scheme, including the cancellation of share options for three participants who resigned for personal reasons, and the cancellation of unexercised options from the second exercise period. The company’s supervisory committee and PRC Counsel have reviewed and approved these changes, confirming they align with relevant laws and regulations, and do not harm shareholder interests. The remaining participants now total 102, with a reduction of 675.5 thousand units in share options.
