Gamma Communications Exec Buys Shares Under Employee Scheme

Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.

Gamma Communications PLC has announced that Chief People Officer, Chris Bradford, acquired 8 ordinary shares at 1707 pence each as part of the company’s Share Incentive Plan for employees. This plan, established in 2014, is available to all permanent employees with at least one month of service, allowing them to buy shares monthly and benefit from favorable tax treatment if held for five years. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
