Gaming Realms (GB:GMR) has released an update.
Gaming Realms PLC has announced the grant of stock options to its top executives under the Gaming Realms Share Option Plan, with an exercise price of nil and a three-year vesting period. The options were granted to Executive Chairman Michael Buckley, CEO Mark Segal, and CFO Geoff Green, amounting to 500,000, 500,000, and 275,000 shares respectively. The transactions took place outside of a trading venue on 7 August 2024.
