Gaming Innovation Group Inc. conducted a Special Meeting of Shareholders, resulting in significant corporate changes, including a stock par value reduction, a company name change to Gentoo Media Inc., and a restructuring that spins off its GIG Platform business into a separate entity, GiG Software PLC. Additionally, Tomasz Juroszek has been elected as a new board member, replacing the outgoing Steve Salmon.
