Games Workshop Group PLC has announced Mark Lam as the new Non-Executive Chair, effective from November 1, 2024. Lam, who has been with the company since 2023, succeeds John Brewis, who is stepping down following his decision not to seek re-election. With a comprehensive background in various sectors and international markets, Lam’s appointment follows a formal recruitment process and comes ahead of the company’s search for a new Senior Independent Director.
