Gamer Pakistan Inc. is on the verge of being delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market due to a failure to maintain the minimum required share price and stockholders’ equity, as well as not meeting filing requirements for its financial reports. The company plans to appeal for an extension to rectify these issues, but there is no guarantee it will be granted. Amidst these challenges, Keith Fredriksen, a director of the company, has resigned citing a lack of time to fulfill his duties, with no immediate successor named.
