Galway Metals (TSE:GWM) has released an update.
Galway Metals Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $4.52 million. The offering included flow-through units at $0.42 each, accompanied by purchase warrants, to fund Canadian exploration expenses. The proceeds will be used for exploration activities and are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on September 4, 2024.
