Galmed Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on July 10, 2024, urging shareholders to vote ‘FOR’ proposed agendas, including board re-elections, a reverse share split, and reappointment of their accounting firm. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy if they cannot attend and to be aware of the record date for voting eligibility set on June 3, 2024. The meeting will also include a review of the fiscal year’s financial statements and any additional matters that may arise.
