Gallant Venture Announces Leadership Shuffle

Gallant Venture (SG:5IG) has released an update.

Gallant Venture Ltd. has announced a reshuffling of its Nominating Committee, appointing Mr. I Gusti Putu Suryawirawan as the new Chairman, effective from October 7, 2024. The Nominating Committee’s reconstitution includes both the outgoing Chairman, Mr. Tan Boon Hwa, and Mr. Lim Chee San as members, while other committees within the company remain unchanged.
