Gallant Venture (SG:5IG) has released an update.

Gallant Venture Ltd. has undergone a significant board reshuffle with the retirement of three directors, Mr Lim Hock San, Mr Foo Ko Hing, and Dr Tan Chin Nam, following the company’s Annual General Meeting. The company expressed gratitude for the directors’ contributions and announced the appointment of Mr Tan Boon Hwa and Mr I Gusti Putu Suryawirawan as new Non-Executive and Independent Directors.
