Galiano Gold Inc. has announced the retirement of Dr. Michael Price from its Board of Directors and the appointment of new members, Mr. Navin Dyal and Dr. Moira Smith, effective May 3, 2024. Dr. Price has been a valuable member of the Board since 2014, contributing to several committees. Mr. Dyal brings over two decades of finance and public company experience, while Dr. Smith offers over 30 years of industry expertise in geology and exploration.
