Galan Lithium Limited (AU:GLN) has released an update.

Galan Lithium Limited has announced the issuance of 19,863,770 new fully paid ordinary shares on September 20, 2024. These shares are to be quoted on the ASX under the ticker code GLN and are being issued as consideration for earthmoving and construction services provided by two HMW project service providers.
