Gain Plus Holdings Limited (HK:9900) has released an update.

Gain Plus Holdings Limited reported a decline in annual revenue by 4.9% to HK$1,151.0 million for the year ended 31 March 2024, with profits also falling to HK$27.7 million from the previous year’s HK$56.8 million. In response to the financial results, the company’s directors have decided against issuing a final dividend for the year.
