G50 Corp Director Bolsters Shareholdings

Gold 50 Ltd. (AU:G50) has released an update.

In a recent transaction, Mark A. Wallace, director of G50 Corp Limited, increased his indirect stake in the company through an on-market purchase of 25,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.135 per share, bringing his total to 2,700,000 shares. The shares are registered under Sierra Whiskey Pty Ltd, a company where Wallace is the sole director and shareholder. There was no change in Wallace’s holding of 2,000,000 Performance Rights.
