G Mining Ventures has successfully completed a strategic business combination with Reunion Gold, marking a significant step towards becoming a leading intermediate gold producer. The merger, approved by shareholders and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, will see the integration of Reunion Gold’s Oko West Project into GMIN’s portfolio, promising substantial growth and value creation. New GMIN shares will be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, replacing the individual GMIN and Reunion Gold listings.
