FW Thorpe Plc (GB:TFW) has released an update.
FW Thorpe Plc has disclosed that Craig Muncaster, Joint Chief Executive and Financial Director, has made significant share transactions, moving a total of 5,400 shares into his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and transferring 33,000 shares to his wife, who subsequently moved 29,000 of those into her SIPP, all at a price of 390.5 pence per share. Despite these transfers, Craig Muncaster maintains a 0.1% stake in the company, equivalent to 120,000 ordinary shares. The transactions took place on the 19th of April, 2024, and were conducted on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
