FW Thorpe Plc (GB:TFW) has released an update.
FW Thorpe Plc has disclosed that certain Directors exercised Share Options for 20,000 shares at 124 pence each, following the achievement of performance targets related to the company’s earnings. The shares were initially granted in 2014 and became exercisable in 2020. As a result of the transaction, the company’s total voting rights now stand at 117,341,908, with 1,593,682 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
