B. Todd Dempsey, the COO of FVCBankcorp, Inc. and FVCbank, has announced his retirement effective November 1, 2024, after a career that included significant contributions to the bank’s success and leadership in various roles since its inception. His departure paves the way for the promotion of other key bank members. David W. Pijor, the CEO, expressed gratitude for Dempsey’s service and wished him well in retirement.
