Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future PLC, listed on the London Stock Exchange as FUTR, has recently announced the buyback of 18,114 of its own shares, at prices ranging from 1,077.0000 to 1,093.0000 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. This transaction is part of a larger share repurchase program since May 22, 2024, totaling 1,246,446 shares at a cost of over £13 million. Following this buyback, the company now has 113,957,454 ordinary shares in issue, with none held in treasury.
