Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has engaged in a share buyback program, purchasing 47,762 of its own shares through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at prices ranging from 1,038 to 1,050 pence per share, with plans to cancel the acquired shares. Since 22 May 2024, the company’s total buyback expenditure has reached over £10.5 million for 1,004,349 shares. This activity leaves Future plc with 114,200,663 ordinary shares in issue, as it holds no shares in treasury.
