Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has announced a significant share buyback, having repurchased 108,109 of its ordinary shares on June 11, 2024, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with the intention to cancel them. This brings the company’s total share repurchases since May 22, 2024, to 658,285 shares, for a total expenditure of nearly £7 million. As a result of the buyback, the company’s total issued ordinary share count now stands at 114,545,615 with none held in treasury.
